Our experience with FloorCo was nothing short of exceptional. On Steven’s first visit to our house, he dedicated more than an hour to walking us through his ideas, the installation process, etc and providing input on our job. This is far more time than any other company spent with us. After that, from quote to installation day, he was always quickly communicative, enthusiastic about the work, and receptive to questions. Steven and I had a detailed consultation during the bidding process, he provided great ideas and took the time to educate me. The installation was seamless. Alex took the extra step to build onto the trim and add quarter round to the stairs, ensuring there would be no sharp corners. So thoughtful! Supporting growing local business is always the move but especially in this case.

Steven and James were great to work with throughout the project of refinishing our old, worn hardwood floors. The floors turned out great and complement the existing trim and cabinets well. I would definitely hire them again.
